Diana Licata
Biography

Diana has always been involved in art in some form or another. She spent years doing watercolor paintings, studying in Ohio and Florida. While living in Florida, she took some classes in pottery at a local art guild and discovered how much she liked working with a three dimensional medium. Although she still does some watercolor painting, lay has become her medium of choice and her main passion.

Arkansas is now home to Diana and her family in Cherry Hill just outside of Mena. Her studio is located there in a quiet, natural setting.

Diana spends most of her time throwing pottery on the wheel or handbuilding unusual clay creations. She is constantly experimenting with new glazes and new forms and shapes of functional pottery.

Diana is a member of the Mena Art Gallery. Her work has been displayed in Florida, Oklahoma and Arkansas and can also be viewed and purchased on line in her Etsy Shop at: www.cherryhillpotterystudio.com
